At the Regular Meeting on June 13, 2023, Lakeshore Council approved a Zoning By-law amendment to permit food trucks throughout the municipality.

The Essex County Library is proud to announce the Grand Opening of the new Comber Branch. Beginning Monday, June 19, the Comber Branch will open its doors to the public at 6405 Main Street in downtown Comber. Residents supplied by Union Water Supply System are reminded of the lawn watering restrictions that run from May 1 to September 30 each year.
Watering of lawns may occur on even days for even numbered home and odd days for odd numbered homes. Watering times are from 5:00 AM until 8:00 AM and again from 6:00 PM until Midnight.
