Manager of Public WorksClosing: January 31, 2019.  Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Infrastructure Services, the Manager of Public Works directs and administers the operations of the Public Works and Parks, Facilities & Fleet Divisions including all management responsibilities relevant to roads, parks, fleets and facilities in accordance with all municipal policies, Ministry guidelines and regulations and other governing legislation. Student Lottery
Students who are interested in summer employment with the Town of Lakeshore must apply to the Summer Student Lottery.  Many of the positions start in May, therefore there are a limited number of positions available for high school students.  Students who have been previously employed at the Town and would like to return, must re-apply through the Summer Student Lottery, clearly indicating on the application form that they have been previously employed by the Town as a summer student and in what position.  Returning students will be given preference.  Click here for further details.

Recreation Program Instructors

The Town of Lakeshore is currently recruiting qualified part time Recreation Program Instructors.  Instructors are responsible for designing and implementing programs and suggestions on recreation programs. For further information, please contact the Recreation and Leisure Services Division at recinfo@lakeshore.ca or visit the Atlas Tube Centre. Programs include but are not limited to: 

Children's gymnastics
Children's birthday parties
Cake Decorating
Youth sport programs
And many more
