Supervisor of Public Works.
Closing Date:  Thursday June 15, 2017. 
Reporting to the Manager of Public Works and under the overall direction of the Director of Engineering and Infrastructure Services, the Supervisor of Public Works is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the public works area – inclusive of planning, scheduling, prioritizing and training of employees of the Public Works area.  Qualified applicants interested in the position are to email a detailed resume outlining their qualifications to no later than noon on Thursday, June 15, 2017 clearly indicating Supervisor of Public Works in the subject line. The following Temporary position is available:

Temporary Accounting Clerk, up to 12 Months (cover Maternity). 
Closing Date:  Friday May 26, 2017.

To carry out a variety of accounting duties including maintenance of payroll, posting and issuing cheques for accounts payable, general accounting and reconciling and other duties as assigned. This position is being posted under the provisions of the Collective Agreement between C.U.P.E. Local 702.4 and the Town of Lakeshore. The Town of Lakeshore is currently recruiting qualified part time Recreation Program Instructors.  Instructors are responsible for designing and implementing programs and suggestions on recreation programs. For further information, please contact the Recreation and Leisure Services Division at or visit the Atlas Tube Centre. Programs include but are not limited to:

Children's gymnastics
Children's birthday parties
Cake Decorating
Youth sport programs
And many more
