The Youth council consists of nine youth representatives between the ages of 13 - 23 and two members of Council.  The Youth Council provides advice to Town Council and Administration on issues that affect youth in the Town of Lakeshore. 

The Town of Lakeshore's Youth Council (TLYC) will report directly to the Community and Development Services department and act as advisors to Administration and Town Council. 

Adult advisors and Youth Council members over the age of 18 years, are required to obtain a criminal reference check prior to participation.
