Take notice that the Council of the Municipality of Lakeshore passed a municipal-wide development charges By-law 56-2022, amending By-law 89-2020, being a by-law for the imposition of development charges, on the 31st day of May, 2022 under section 2 (1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O., 1997 c. 27;
And take notice that any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal under section 14 of the Act, in respect of By-law 56-2022, by filing with the Clerk of the Municipality...
