By-laws are created as a way to address issues and concerns of the community. They are created to protect the environment, public health, safety and to maintain a pleasant community for everyone.
Complaints regarding suspected by-law infractions can be reported online or in-person. Learn more about submitting a by-law complaint.
Please note, anonymous by-law complaints will not be accepted.
Policies
Until the electronic policy files are available online, please contact the Civic Affairs Division to have a specific policy sent to you by email or printed for pick-up.
