Lakeshore Spark Project Seeking Proposals for Lakeview Pier Redevelopment

The Municipality of Lakeshore is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of the pier and facilities at Belle River Marina. Council modified and approved the Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI), which seeks proposals from innovative and community-minded developers, during the July 9, 2024, regular meeting.

The Municipality of Lakeshore has released the 2024 capital project map to help residents learn about current and upcoming projects throughout Lakeshore!

2024 Property Tax Reminder

Lakeshore's final property tax bills are in the mail. Final property tax payments are due July 31 and October 31, 2024.
If you did not receive a property tax bill in the mail, you are still responsible for payment. Failure to receive a bill does not exempt you from penalty.
