Rentals and Parties

• For alcohol related events held indoors, the following are required:
• Review of the Municipalities' Alcohol Risk Management Policy
• Copy of the Liquor licence obtained through the LCBO
• List of smart servers
• Certificate of liability insurance naming the Municipality of Lakeshore as an additional insured in the amount of $2,000,000.00 per occurrence

• For large gatherings such as a community event or a festival, a Festival and Events Rental Agreement must be completed and signed by the event organizer for review by the Festival and Events Review Committee
• A Safety Plan must be completed and submitted as part of the Event Organizer's requirements
• A complete review of all requirements will take place with the event organizer in order to ensure all necessary information is submitted prior to review for final approval by the Festival and Events Review Committee

 Allow the Municipality of Lakeshore Recreation Team host your child's birthday party. 

Package #1 - Gym Party (Sunday's)

• 50 minutes of private gym rental
• 2 hour program room rental (50 minutes during private gym time)
• 1 program monitor to assist with set up, activity, food, presents, and clean up 
• Party package includes 24 guests
• Gym activities include basketball, soccer, floor hockey, pickleball, volleyball, scooters, hula hoops, dodgeball, mats, preschool play set up

Package #2 - Pool Party (Sunday's)

• 1 hour private pool rental for 24 guests
• 2 hour and 15 minute program room rental (1 hour during private pool time)
• 1 program monitor to assist with set up, activity, food, presents, and clean up
• All guest must abide by the Municipality of Lakeshore's Aquatic Admission Policy 
• Additional guest above 24 participants are permitted with the purchase of an additional lifeguard. Please notify the Recreation Team if you require an additional lifeguard.

Package #3 - Ice Party (Saturday's)

• 50 minute private ice rental
• 2 hour program room rental (50 minutes during private ice time)
• 1 program monitor to assist with set up, activity, food, presents, and clean up 
• Party package includes 24 guests

Key Party Details

• Alcohol is not permitted during the birthday party.
• Access to the program room will be granted 15 minutes prior to party start time and attendees must vacate the program room no later than the end of the party or additional charges will be added.
• Decorations can not be adhered to the walls of the program room. Cork strips are available along the perimeter of the room. Tacks can be used on the cork strips.
• The following items are not permitted in the program rooms confetti, silly string, piñatas, and sparklers.
• Birthday party packages do not include food. Guest are permitted to bring their own food.
• The Municipality of Lakeshore is not able to store any food. Plates, napkins, and cutlery will not be provided for the guests.
• Party host will be contacted by the Recreation Team one-week prior to their party for final details.
