Notice of Meeting Cancellation: ZBA-16-2024

Temporary Use By-law for 3362 Manning Road 

Take Notice That: the October 22, 2024 Public Meeting scheduled for File # ZBA-16-2024 (Temporary Use By-law at 3362 Manning Road) has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.  

The intent of the proposed Temporary Use By-Law is to legalize an existing non-conforming home industry in an accessory structure for a small-scale automobile repair business and to allow for operations to continue for a maximum period of 3 years. After the Temporary Use-By-Law expires, there is a possibility for a further time extension through a subsequent application. The Temporary Use By-Law includes site-specific exemptions from Section 6.26of the Lakeshore Zoning as it relates to a Home Industry. 

Another public notice will be issued once a future meeting date has been determined.
