Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA-14-2020 to amend Zoning By-law 2-2012 to rezone the lands legally described as Part of Lots 3 & 4, Concession East Puce River, Registered Plan 12R-21144, Parts 2, 3, 17 & 43, from “Residential - Low Density Holding Symbol 4 (R1(h4))” to a modified “Residential – Medium Density (R2-28 (h-31))” to permit the development of 108 townhouse dwellings;

Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA-04-2024 to amend Zoning By-law 2-2012 to rezone the lands known municipally as 1294 County Road 22 to a site-specific Mixed Use zone to recognize the reduced side yard setbacks and to remove the requirements of County Road 22 street frontages;

Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA-06-2024 to amend Zoning By-law 2-2012 to rezone the lands known municipally as 350 Rourke Line Road from Minor Institutional (I2) to Residential Medium Density Zone Exception 27 (R2-27) h(6) to allow for stacked townhouses and recognize a 45% lot coverage to allow for covered patios and porches for the units;

Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA-07-2024 to amend Zoning By-law 2-2012 to rezone the lands known municipally as 1750 Caille Avenue to allow for deficient lot frontages and a single detached dwelling unit on each lot.

Appointed John Quennell to the Essex County OPP Detachment Board North as the Municipality of Lakeshore’s local community representative for the remainder of this Council’s term of office.

Received a presentation by StrategyCorp regarding a Service Delivery Review – Planning, Engineering and Building. This item was not able to be completed and was deferred to the next Council meeting.
