Subject Property: 1287 County Road 22 & 1297 County Road 22 (currently one property)
Applicant (s): Windsor Family Credit Union Limited c/o Dillon Consulting Limited (Amy Farkas)
Purpose of Application: The Municipality of Lakeshore has received an application to sever a parcel of land from the Subject Property that will have an area of approximately 5.23 acres and lot frontage of approximately 60.9 metres along County Road 22. The parcel of land to be retained will be located at the corner of County Road 22 and Renaud Line Road. This retained parcel will have an area of approximately 1.05 acres and lot frontage of approximately 39.1 metres along County Road 22. Please see attached sketch of the proposed severance that details approximate dimensions of the proposed severed and retained parcel.
The Subject Property is currently zoned Mixed Use Exception 28 (MU-28) with a holding symbol (h21) in the Lakeshore Zoning Bylaw 2-2012. This zoning permits a variety of uses (residential, commercial, institutional, etc.). The holding symbol (h21) only permits existing uses on the Subject Property until agreements have been granted for development. The applicant has indicated commercial use as the future intention for the retained parcel, while the intended future use of the severed parcel is unknown.
