Name Changes
The Municipality of Lakeshore requires written instructions to make changes to the water account. Please contact the Revenue team at revenue@lakeshore.ca complete the Change of Information form.

Travelling?
If you are travelling for a period of more than 3 weeks, we recommend contacting the Revenue team at 519-728-1975 ext 301 or revenue@lakeshore.ca for water billing purposes.
Moving?
If you are moving, please schedule your final water meter reading. We will require a forwarding address to ensure you receive your final bill.
This does not apply to tenants, only legally registered owners.
