Lakeshore's E-Billing Initiative
The introduction of E-Bills in Lakeshore allows all property tax and water account holders to access their bills directly from their email inboxes.
To sign up, you will need your name, property address, and contact information, as well as your water account and/or property tax roll number. Please see the guide below for further instructions on how to register for E-Billing.
Please note that registration is not mandatory and if there are any further questions or concerns, please email Revenue@Lakeshore.ca or call 519-728-2700 ext. 301.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Visit Lakeshore.ca/Ebilling to get started!
- Enter your first and last name, property address, and contact info in the appropriate fields.
- Select “Property Tax Account,” “Water Billing Account,” or “Both Property Tax and Water Billing Accounts.”

Locate your property tax roll number, water account number, or both.
- Enter the information into the appropriate fields.
- Review and accept the terms and conditions.
- Click submit. Congratulations, you are officially registered for E-Billing!

- Past due/Reminder notices
- Letters for Pre-authorized payment re-calculations in January/June
- Any letters regarding your accounts
- Bills will be emailed to all that register starting August 30, 2022
- Water bills are sent out the 1st week of the month they are due
- Interim Tax Bills are sent in January, Final Tax Bills are sent in June and Supplementary bills are sent between August – December.
