Registering your house alarm is required to prevent fines for false alarms. Alarm registrations can be dropped off in night deposit box or mailed to the Municipality of Lakeshore municipal office.
Your alarm registration will not be processed until payment is received.Your next step is to pay the fee of $23.17. Your payment options can be found here.
Options include:
- Online payment (Please use your street number as the account number ie. "123")
- Drop cheque in drop box at Townhall (no cash allowed)
- Mailed cheque (no cash allowed)

Municipality of Lakeshore Alarm Reduction Program
This program provides alarm subscribers with the opportunity to register their premises with the Municipality for $27.12 annually (including HST). For each registered premise, the first two alarms at a registered premises within a calendar year will be free of charge.
If your premises is not registered with the Municipality of Lakeshore's Alarm Reduction program, you will be charged $148.00 for each false alarm at your premises.
